This document outlines the commitment of the SUI to improving the diversity of our organisation and our aims of achieving an equal platform for all members to make their views heard.

SUI Diversity and Equality Policy
Recent initiatives we have engaged in as part of this policy include:

  • Delving into The Dark 2019
  • Participation in and promotion of Women in Sports Week, led by Sport Ireland 2021
  • The Gender Diversity on boards initiative in association with Sports Ireland 2021

We strongly encourage members to reach out to us and make us aware of initiatives to improve the diversity or equality within our own organisation or the sport of caving in Ireland
