SUI EGM 2023

The SUI committee has agreed to host the 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting on 24th June at 18:00. The meeting will take place both digitally via a link shared closer to the date, and in person at the Pillo Hotel, Ashbourne, Co.Meath, A84 KR91. Food will be served in the ‘Over the Ground’ centre following the EGM.

Please note the SUI Treasurer cannot attend the EGM. As such any queries regarding the accounts (linked) should be sent to him at (treasurer@caving.ie) in advance to allow a response to be provided at the EGM. If members have additional agenda items they wish to be included please contact the SUI Chairperson directly at chairperson@caving.ie. If you cannot attend, but wish to submit your vote by proxy, please submit the form linked here. Please ensure your proxy has a physical copy of your proxy form with them to verify or your vote cannot be counted. Please note that only SUI members may vote at the EGM.
