Ireland has a rich heritage of archaeological findings in caves and the work of SUI member Dr Marian Dowd of Sligo IT has been at the very forefront of this. Dr Dowd is the authority on cave archaeology in Ireland and she has created a Facebook page for interested individuals to subscribe to, to keep up to date with the latest developments and to find out more.
